WHEW!- Baby is OK

So the "parasite" (what Jessie calls all nursing newborns) is finding me to be a good "host." Today I took him in to the nurse's station at the clinic to be weighed. I was concerned after his last visit a week ago when he was 11 days old and still 6 ounces below his birth weight. So thismorning he was 8lb,2oz - a whole pound more than last week, and 10 ounces more than at birth. And the nurses said they saw no jaundice on him now, another previous concern of mine. So I am smiling and very proud of my parasite tonight!!
