Mmm... Friday - a pot of borscht simmering on the stove, just finished a pitcher full of freshly juiced oranges. Two little boys happy in the house, almost time for our morning walk.
I've told people that we left the city to raise our wild boys in the wild. So for today's blog I want to share some of the wildlife we've seen over the past week besides our own children :)
Monday: deer by the road between home and the school
Tuesday: eagles on the beach by the rope swing
Wednesday: heron standing in the shallow ocean water/ black bear cub next to the schoolyard while Wes taught 1&2 PE - they kept a safe distance!!
Thursday: nothing much except for a couple fruit flies, haha
Friday: we're about to find out!
